Hi, I’m Denise!

I help busy women in perimenopause understand what’s really happening in their bodies so they can reduce hormonal imbalance symptoms, regain their energy, and finally feel like themselves again — without rigid routines or overwhelm.
My approach is simple, practical, and flexible, because supporting your hormones shouldn’t feel like another full-time job. It should feel empowering, calming, and sustainable.

With over 20 years in the fitness industry and my own experience overcoming hormonal imbalance after having my son, I truly understand the struggles many women face—lack of support, frustration, and confusion about what’s really going on in your body.
As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Primal Flow Instructor, and Metabolic & Hormonal Balance Specialist with a Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, I am dedicated to helping women achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle. My passion lies in empowering women to feel confident, energized, and in control of their bodies.

I’ve honed my skills globally, studying and working at the Australian Institute of Fitness and collaborating with doctors in London to deepen my knowledge of hormonal balance. These experiences have reinforced my belief that one method does NOT fit all, especially when it comes to women navigating hormonal changes.

What makes my work different is that I simplify the science and make it human.

Just a clear, compassionate, step-by-step way to reconnect with your body, balance your hormones, and feel grounded again.
