My name is Denise Grixti and I am a fully qualified personal trainer, primal flow instructor, metabolic & hormonal balance specialist as well as a street fit dance instructor, holding a diploma in nutrition and weight management. Wow, that was a mouthful!

For as long as I can remember, I've had a passion for fitness. Helping females and mamas alike is my number one reason of getting out of bed. (Other than my beautiful baby boy!) I've been in the industry for over 15 years, helping ladies get and remain motivated to a healthy lifestyle!

 

I've lived, studied and worked in Australia as well as in London for quite a number of years and can testify to the fact that one method does NOT fit all. I'm proud to be able to help ladies who struggle with weight loss due to hormonal imbalances get where they want to be, physically, mentally and emotionally.

My name is Luiza Voronca and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. My practice is my journey. After healing from back pain, herniated disks, eating disorders, so many insecurities and low confidence, anxiety and stress, I managed to let go of perfectionism, unhealthy habits and the idea of not being good enough that I was facing for so many years.

 

Now my aim is dedicating my time to support people who are stressed, anxious and want to feel better in their body. I want you to live the best life you can! Helping you to have a strong body and mind. Together we can work on gathering more confidence while releasing limiting beliefs, anxiety and stress.

 

Long term results are not happening overnight, so I am here to support your journey whether it is weight loss, fitness, strength, tone, flexibility or mindfulness and reducing stress levels.  Don’t forget, you can do anything you set your mind to. You don't have to be fit or flexible to practice, everyone starts with a first step! But you can definitely become all these with the right guidance and support with me through practice. My name is Elenia Haber, and I've always enjoyed and participated in physical activity.

 

I've tried a variety of sports over the years, but my current favorite is badminton, which has been my main sport for several years.

 

Because of my passion for sports, I decided to further my education in the area, completing an Advanced Diploma in Sport and Fitness from MCAST.

 

As a personal trainer, I like to use a variety of training methods and adjust them to my clients' fitness skills and goals, all while ensuring that my sessions are effective, enjoyable, and motivating.
