Your 5 Pillars to Hormone Balance!


When it comes to hormone health -- we all would love just ONE MAGIC PILL, that would help us in a week. Am I right? I mean, all of us have tried many options, pills, fad diets, shakes or full crazy exercise regimes in hope to get the results we want. Plus I think all of us can say we don't mind instant results too !!

Sadly, there is no "MAGIC PILL" to hormone balance. And if someone claims there is, they are probably trying to sell you something and lying to you in the process :(



But there IS a healing path you CAN take -- to finally feel good again. So what does that path consist of?

Here are the 5 Pillars to HEALING!

  1. Eat a mostly whole-food, hormone supporting diet. (Find out your Food Burner Type to help with this through my Hormone Nutrition Consultation HERE.)

  2. Move your body daily in a moderate way This means not too little, not too much! (Join any one of my Metabolic Hormonal Reboot Workouts in studio or online or on-demand HERE)

  3. Manage ALL stressors (emotional, lifestyle, environmental, dietary). Yes, I'm talking to you. I know you "don't have time for it", but it makes a huge difference.

  4. SLEEP. I'm telling you, lowering stress and getting enough sleep are SO important for your hormones!

  5. LEISURE WALKING. Emphasis on that first word -- because we don't want to be power walking to burn calories. Instead we want to be lowering our cortisol levels and walking leisurely is the best and easiest way to do it. This brings your body back into fat burning mode again instead of fat storing!
